I will be holding our regular classes on Bank Holiday Monday 1 May (Step at 6:50pm followed by FitSteps at 7:45pm) at a different venue: the Hurst Village Centre Main Hall. I held a FitSteps workshop here a couple of years ago as part of the Hurst Festival.
As a special treat, Ashley will bring his guitar to sing/play his new song to you in-between classes, since most of you may have missed his performance after our Wednesday FitSteps class a few weeks ago.
